One-Month Personal Training Program
RDP's personal trainers can build you a four-week individualized program (three to four workouts per week) for $165 (+ GST) to follow on your own. We start with a 30-minute consultation to create the best program for your goals. During the consultation, we also include an InBody scan which measures weight, BMI, body fat percentage and muscle mass imbalances. Each one-month program will be accompanied by a 60-to-90-minute session to go over each exercise to ensure proper form.
Dryland Sessions
We offer group fitness dryland sessions for your team. Contact us today to book a 45-60 minute class with one of our Alberta Fitness Leadership Certified Instructors. We offer everything from Cycle, Yoga, Pound and much more.
One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
We are pleased to offer individualized one-on-one personal training sessions:
- students - $60 (+ GST)/session
- RDP staff and alumni - $65 (+ GST)/session
- community members - $70 (+ GST)/session
This service begins with a 30-minute consultation to help us understand your goals, develop a highly personalized program and deliver the best training experience possible. After the consultation, you will meet with one of our certified personal trainers for a 60-minute private training session. During each session, you will receive the trainer's undivided attention as they provide you with immediate feedback, exercise modifications and motivation as they guide you through your exercise journey.
InBody Scan
The InBody scan ($20 + GST) is a body composition assessment using bioelectrical impedance. This scan measures your weight, height, muscle mass, fat mass, body fat percentage, body mass index, as well as muscle imbalances. These results can help to identify where to focus your training efforts. It is also extremely useful as a tool to track changes over time. The non-intrusive InBody scan session takes between 20-30 minutes and is best performed prior to a workout.
