International Mentorship Program
The International Mentorship Program pairs new international students with continuing students to provide support as they transition to life in Canada and RDP.
New international students ("Mentees") will be paired with continuing RDP students ("Mentors") based on similar programs and/or interests.
Applications for the 2025/2026 Academic Year are now open!
Mentors will be selected based on availability, fit and commitment to the program.

Be A Mentor
Learn about other cultures while developing valuable intercultural communication, leadership and event-planning skills.
Receive a letter of reference from RDP International and a co-curricular record on your official transcript. (minimum 20 hours commitment per academic year)
Make the most of your experience at RDP & stand out in the competitive job market!
Mentor Eligibility
To be eligible to volunteer as a Mentor, students must:
Be a current RDP student in good academic standing (minimum 2.0 GPA).
Have completed at least one term of study at RDP.
Be able to commit 20 hours in the academic year.

For Mentees
Open to new international students (over 18+ years old).
