Samantha Bailey

Biography

Samantha started her health care career by first completing a medical sciences degree and then pursuing a Master in Physical Therapy, both at the University of Western Ontario. She has practiced as a physical therapist in various settings including outpatient clinics, hospital acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units.

Samantha is passionate about professional development as she has taken and participated in various courses and conferences to further her teaching skills and knowledge. She plans to continue to develop her professional and teaching expertise by pursuing further learning opportunities. 

Samantha also enjoys teaching interprofessional courses and engaging students in simulation learning activities. As a physical therapist, Samantha is a member of the Alberta Association of Physiotherapy and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
