Jessica Legacy

Biography

Jess Legacy was awarded her Ph.D. in Medieval Studies from the University of Edinburgh in 2018. Her research and academic pursuits follow two paths. She explores the threads of metaphysical philosophy that weave through medieval and early modern science. She is also interested in the applied study of metaphysics and adult literacy. 

In addition to teaching English literature, Jess is an English language teacher. She emphasizes intercultural appreciation in the classroom and endeavours to articulate the value of diversity in the practice of lifelong learning.
