Trish Nuyten
Biography
Dr. Trish Nuyten is the Interim Dean of Enrolment Management & Registrar at RDP.
Trish is an innovative leader with experience in the post-secondary sector in roles that include Instructor, Human Resources Consultant, Registrar and Director of Institutional Research.
She began her career with the British Columbia Ministry of Forests where she worked in various roles as a Forest Technologist, Tree Seed Technician, and lastly, as the Aboriginal Forestry Liaison for the Prince George Forest District. This led Trish to an opportunity to deliver contract training to Forestry Crews. This was the first time she encountered an adult who could not read or write.
As a result of teaching adult learners, literacy and access to education continue to be prevalent in Trish's work and leadership philosophy.
