Biography

Todd worked as a community pharmacist and pharmacy owner for 12 years. Todd has his Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection and Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA). Todd is also a Certified Tobacco Educator (CTE) and runs a pharmacist-led tobacco cessation clinic. Todd joined RDP as an instructor in the Pharmacy Technician Program in 2022.

Todd served as a Director of the Alberta Pharmacists’ Association (RxA) from 2012 to 2020 and is an RxA Past President. Todd is also a past recipient of CPhA’s Dean George A. Burbidge Award which is awarded to the individual with the highest mark on the PEBC in Canada.

Todd also works as a professional development consultant designing and presenting continuing education programs for pharmacists, physicians and dentists. Todd frequently speaks at conferences on the topic of Tobacco Use Disorder both nationally and internationally.
