Darwin Lahue
Biography
Darwin Lahue, M.Sc., M.N., NP-FAA is an accomplished nurse practitioner with extensive experience across multiple areas of healthcare, including urgent care, emergency psychiatric care, telemedicine, primary care, and correctional health. With a commitment in providing high-quality patient care, Darwin has worked in diverse clinical settings to gain a deep understanding of the complexities of both acute and chronic disease management. As an educator, he serves as a lecturer within the Bachelor of Science in Nursing faculty, imparting his wealth of knowledge to the next generation of nurses. In addition, Darwin has a diverse research background, having conducted studies into mild traumatic brain injuries, healthy aging in the senior population, motor skill acquisition, and opioid use disorder. Committed to advancing best practices in health care, Darwin’s research not only shapes his clinical approach but also lays the groundwork for future studies aimed at transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
